We have add a Wellness Expo to the end of this years conference to raise money for the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Cost is $10 to attend expo but will include a workout class with a local fitness professional and a raffel ticket for great prizes. The grand prize is $1500 worth of Private Pilates Sessions. The back of the raffle ticket contains a gift certificate for $25 dallors of Pilates services at participating Pilates Studio. (Click here to see Participating Studios) |
The Third Annual Pilates Round Table Conference... |
Pilates Round Table (PRT) will be hosting its third annual conference September 23rd thru 25th. The conference will have the same general make up as the last two years with one new addition. Sunday afternoon there will be a fund raising event for MDA along with a giant fitness fair. This years line up will be in no later then the weekend of July 31st. |
More Than Just Workshop... |
| This year we are offering intensive programs in Mat Pilates and ActivCore Fundimentals. Not only will you have the opertunity to sit in on our 3 hour Workshops.but you will be able to sit in on a 12 hour Mat intensive taught by Rebecca Leone and 14 hour intensive on ActivCore Suspention Training. |
